O período de pré-matrículas da REE (Rede Estadual de Ensino) em Mato Grosso do Sul segue aberto até 4 de janeiro de 2024. Desde o dia 7 de novembro o processo está aberto em sua primeira etapa do período de pré-matrículas para o próximo ano letivo.
Os pais e responsáveis das crianças e adolescentes que desejam ingressar na REE, ou daqueles que já são alunos, devem acessar o portal da Matrícula Digital (www.matriculadigital.ms.gov.br) e preencher os dados necessários.
A pré-matrícula também pode ser feita por telefone (0800-647-0028) ou diretamente na sede da Central de Matrículas, na Rua Joaquim Murtinho, n. 2.612, Bairro Itanhangá Park.
Apesar de o prazo ser mais longo do que nos anos anteriores, os interessados devem realizar a pré-matrícula para garantir as vagas nas unidades escolares que desejam estudar em 2024. Os estudantes da REE que não desejam mudar de escola, o período de atualização cadastral, confirmação da permanência e renovação da matrícula também teve início no dia 7 de novembro e terminou ontem (22).
Alciley Lopes, coordenador da central de matrículas da REE, destaca que apesar do aumento no número de vagas – que em 2023 totalizaram 187.032 – e do atual período de pré-matrícula mais longo que nos anos anteriores, é importante manter-se atento aos prazos e realizar o processo com antecedência. “No pedido de pré-matrícula a família seleciona três opções de escola e nos últimos anos estamos conseguindo atender à população de MS em média de 70% na primeira opção da família. Para isso, é necessário que a família faça a pré-matrícula o quanto antes”.
A etapa é apenas o primeiro passo para o ingresso no ano letivo de 2024. A lista de estudantes designados será divulgada no dia 7 de janeiro, e após a designação a família tem entre os dias 8 e 12 de janeiro para ir até a escola efetivar a matrícula, com os documentos obrigatórios que estão no pedido de pré-matrícula.
Investimento
Em 2024, o Mato Grosso do Sul alcança 100% dos municípios com a oferta de turmas com ensino em tempo integral na REE. A SED (Secretaria de Estado de Educação) anunciou que no próximo ano letivo, todos os 79 municípios de Mato Grosso do Sul terão uma unidade escolar da Rede Estadual com oferta de ensino em tempo integral.
Atualmente, 166 unidades escolares oferecem ensino em tempo integral no Estado, que passará a ter 219 escolas com esta modalidade a partir de 2024. Com isso o número de estudantes atendidos passa de 30 mil, com previsão de chegar à marca de 48,7 mil alunos matriculados.
O Estado passa oferecer a modalidade de ensino em tempo integral em mais 53 novas unidades escolares – 47 escolas urbanas e seis rurais. Desse montante, serão onze escolas localizadas em Campo Grande e 42 unidades no interior do Estado. A quantidade total de alunos também tem previsão de aumentar dos atuais 187.032 para 205.460 em 2024.
Ano letivo 2024
A organização do ano letivo e calendário escolar para 2024 nas unidades escolares da REE foi formalizada em publicação divulgada no dia 6 de dezembro. O ano letivo de 2024 começa no dia 21 de fevereiro e o término das aulas está marcado para 13 de dezembro de 2024. O recesso escolar acontecerá entre os dias 17 e 31 julho, conforme o calendário divulgado pela SED.
Já o início das atividades para professores e demais funcionários das escolas começa no dia 1° de fevereiro, nas 348 unidades escolares e centros da REE, dos 79 municípios de Mato Grosso do Sul. A formação continuada voltada para a preparação das equipes escolares acontece entre 08 a 20 de fevereiro de 2024. O término do ano escolar está previsto para o dia 20 de dezembro de 2023.
