A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, mais uma vez, realizou ações noturnas de verificação de locais com denúncias de perturbação do sossego e outras irregularidades. As vistorias foram feitas por equipes compostas por agentes da Fiscalização de Posturas, da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, e da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) e da Vigilância Sanitária, que fizeram visitas a 10 estabelecimentos, em diferentes bairros e regiões da cidade, nesta sexta-feira (5).
Na Vila Mineirão, um estabelecimento recebeu multa por falta de alvará de funcionamento, além de notificação por obstrução de calçada. No Jardim Nova Esperança, um estabelecimento foi notificado por falta de alvará, por realizar serviços em área pública e por atividade geradora de poluição sonora. Na Vila Barão, também um estabelecimento recebeu notificações por falta de alvará e por obstrução de calçada. Enquanto, no Jardim Capitão, um estabelecimento foi notificado pelos mesmos motivos e, ainda, multado por poluição sonora e pela falta de alvará especial de funcionamento, no período noturno. Já, na Vila Progresso, houve notificação a um estabelecimento por poluição sonora e também multa, pela falta de alvará de funcionamento. Nos demais locais visitados, no Parque São Bento, na Vila Santa Clara, no Jardim Nova Esperança, no Jardim Zulmira e na Vila Barão, os estabelecimentos encontravam-se fechados, no momento da vistoria.
A ação das equipes prosseguiu até por volta das 2h deste sábado (6).
A Prefeitura, por meio da Secretaria de Segurança Urbana (Sesu), com a GCM, da Fiscalização de Posturas, ligada à Secretaria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan) e da Vigilância Sanitária, ligada à Secretaria da Saúde (SES), contam, sempre, com o apoio da população, para que as acione e envie informações, em caso de constatação de perturbação do sossego, eventos clandestinos ou outras irregularidades.
