As inscrições para o Centro Escolar Municipal de Línguas Estrangeiras (Celest-JP), escola de idiomas mantida pela Prefeitura de João Pessoa, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura (Sedec), têm início neste sábado (20), a partir das 8h. Poderão se inscrever servidores e professores da rede municipal, além do público em geral. Serão ofertadas 500 vagas para os cursos de Inglês, Espanhol, Francês, Alemão e Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras), todos em nível inicial.

As aulas serão distribuídas nos turnos das 16h30 às 19h e das 19h às 21h30 e acontecem uma vez por semana. As aulas terão início no do dia 19 de fevereiro, no modo presencial.
É obrigatório no ato da inscrição que o candidato informe um e-mail válido, obrigatoriamente Gmail, para o preenchimento do formulário e recebimento da confirmação. O candidato que utilizar e-mail inválido ou que não seja Gmail, não conseguirá realizar sua inscrição, nem poderá alterá-lo após o preenchimento do formulário.
Professores da rede municipal – O interessado em uma das vagas deverá comprovar o vínculo por meio da cópia do contracheque ou declaração do setor devidamente assinada e carimbada pelo chefe imediato, além da seguinte documentação: CPF, identidade (certidão de nascimento ou certidão de casamento), comprovante de residência e uma foto 3×4.
Servidores municipais – O servidor deverá comprovar o vínculo por meio da cópia do contracheque ou declaração do setor devidamente assinada e carimbada pelo chefe imediato. O candidato deve ter concluído ou estar cursando ao menos o 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental II.
Público em geral – Esta categoria é destinada às pessoas do público adulto (maiores de 18 anos) e que tenham concluído ou estejam cursando ao menos o 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental II. Os que já tenham conhecimento do idioma desejado deverão se inscrever para a prova de nivelamento.
Nivelamento – Nesta categoria, são ofertadas vagas para adolescentes e adultos, a partir do nível II de cada idioma. A prova de nivelamento destina-se aos candidatos que possuam algum conhecimento em língua estrangeira (Inglês, Espanhol, Alemão ou Francês) e Libras que pretendam ingressar no Celest, de imediato, em um nível mais avançado – a partir do 2º Estágio/Nível. O candidato deve ter concluído ou estar cursando ao menos o 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental II.
Alunos da rede – As matrículas serão de 7 a 9 de fevereiro e deverão ser efetuadas presencialmente no Celest. Poderá se inscrever alunos a partir do 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental II. Estes só poderão realizar a matrícula nos cursos de: Inglês, Espanhol ou Francês.
