Nova Iguaçu: Secretaria Municipal de Saúde terá posto avançado do Censo Previdenciário
Servidores ativos, inativos e pensionistas do governo municipal de Nova Iguaçu que ainda não fizeram o recadastramento do Censo Previdenciário terão, nesta semana, dois endereços disponíveis para ficar em dia com o levantamento, que é obrigatório. Além de poderem realizar o processo na sede do Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores Municipais de Nova Iguaçu (PREVINI), estes grupos poderão procurar, a partir desta terça-feira (23), o posto avançado criado na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SEMUS), na Rua Antônio Wilman, nº 230, Centro.
O recadastramento na SEMUS será realizado até sexta-feira (26), sempre das 9h30 às 16h. O objetivo é descentralizar o atendimento e, com isso, alcançar um número maior de pessoas que ainda não participaram do censo. Desde o início do processo, pouco mais de 7 mil pessoas já atualizaram seus dados cadastrais no PREVINI. O número representa 61,40% das 11.465 a serem recadastradas.
Os pensionistas seguem sendo o grupo com menor taxa de adesão até o momento, com 31,60% de participação. Por este motivo, o PREVINI vem realizando a chamada busca ativa, não só por seus pensionistas, mas também aposentados e ativos. Ela é feita diariamente, seja por ligação ou mensagens via WhatsApp, de forma individual e por ordem alfabética.
Para que a comunicação seja eficaz, é fundamental que todos tenham o número de telefone atualizado no cadastro do instituto. Para estreitar ainda mais o vínculo entre servidores, pensionistas e o governo, a Prefeitura de Nova Iguaçu conta com um grupo no aplicativo de mensagens Telegram, denominado Servidores de Nova Iguaçu. Nele, semanalmente é divulgado o calendário do Censo Previdenciário.
O que é o Censo Previdenciário
Previsto em lei, o Censo Previdenciário é um levantamento detalhado e abrangente de informações sobre os beneficiários de um sistema de previdência social, como aposentadorias e pensões, que precisam manter registros atualizados e precisos dos seus beneficiários para o Plano de Custeio do PREVINI. Para isso, são convocados servidores ativos estatutários da Prefeitura, da Câmara Municipal, da Fundação Educacional e Cultural de Nova Iguaçu (FENIG) e do próprio PREVINI, além de aposentados e pensionistas.
Para evitar filas e aglomerações no PREVINI, local onde é realizado o recadastramento, o instituto faz a convocação por grupos. Eles são separados por categoria (ativos, aposentados e pensionistas) e agendados de acordo com o mês de nascimento. Os chamados devem comparecer ao local dentro do prazo estipulado, sob pena de ter suspenso o pagamento de suas remunerações até que sejam cumpridas as exigências. Na próxima semana será a vez dos pensionistas e aposentados nascidos em setembro, outubro e novembro e também ativos dos meses de maio, junho, julho e agosto.
O processo, que é realizado a cada quatro anos, deve ser feito na Unidade de Cadastro e Protocolo da Diretoria de Benefícios do PREVINI, na Rua Antenor de Moura Raunheitti, nº 95, Bairro Luz.
