Guardas municipais das 15 ª Inspetoria (Méier) e guardas que integram o programa Conjunto de Estratégias de Prevenção (CEP) da Secretaria de Ordem Pública (Seop) apreenderam três adolescentes de 14 e 15 anos e prenderam um homem de 18, suspeitos de agredir e tentar roubar dois amigos de 22 e 24 anos, na Rua Amaro Cavalcante, próximo à passarela que dá acesso ao Estádio Nilton Santos, no Engenho de Dentro. A ação aconteceu na noite desta sexta-feira (16/2).
As equipes da 15ª IGM estavam em atendimento a um chamado da Central 1746 na região e flagraram uma confusão envolvendo os suspeitos, que estavam em fuga, sendo seguidos pelas vítimas.
Os guardas detiveram o grupo e, durante a abordagem, encontraram com um dos integrantes uma bolsa feminina com dois celulares, R$ 897,00 e uma pequena quantidade de maconha.
Após ser reconhecido pelas vítimas, o grupo foi levado para a 25ª DP (Engenho Novo), onde o caso foi registrado como tentativa de roubo, conforme o artigo 157 do Código Penal e porte de droga para consumo próprio ( artigo 28 da Lei 11.343 de 2006). Os adolescentes foram encaminhados para a Delegacia de Proteção à Criança e ao Adolescente ( DPCA). O dinheiro, os dois celulares encontrados com o grupo e a maconha ficaram apreendidos na delegacia.
