Localizada no Jardim Nova Flórida, região leste de São José dos Campos, a Shop do Porco recebeu nesta quinta-feira (22) o selo SIM (Serviço de Inspeção Municipal).
O selo da Prefeitura, iniciativa proposta no Plano de Gestão 2021-2024, visa tornar os produtos locais de origem animal mais atrativos para os consumidores e passou a ser um diferencial para os produtores.
A empresa registrou a produção artesanal de linguiças, torresmo e outros produtos cárneos, que já estampam o selo nos rótulos.
“É uma tradição familiar muito importante para nós”, conta a proprietária Juliana dos Santos. “O selo vem para agregar e consolidar nosso trabalho, passando segurança para os nossos clientes.”
Para que o momento fosse ainda mais especial, Juliana explica que escolheu inaugurar as atividades também nesta data, iniciando as vendas com o certificado desde o primeiro dia.
“É uma conquista muito grande! O atendimento da Prefeitura foi excelente, nos deram todo o suporte para estarmos aqui hoje começando essa jornada.”

Amparada por legislação atualizada com as novas diretrizes determinadas pelo Governo Federal, a certificação ficou mais completa e dá garantia de procedência e qualidade aos produtos comercializados, fortalecendo o empreendedor e a economia joseense, especialmente a cadeia produtiva da agropecuária.
Alcance nacional
A Prefeitura também vem se adequando para aderir ao SISBI-POA (Sistema Brasileiro de Inspeção de Produtos de Origem Animal). Com isto, os produtores registrados no SIM poderão solicitar adesão ao novo sistema, que permitirá a venda dos seus produtos em todo o Brasil.
O SISBI-POA integra o SUASA (Sistema Unificado de Atenção à Sanidade Agropecuária), que padroniza e harmoniza os procedimentos de inspeção de produtos de origem animal, visando garantir a inocuidade e segurança alimentar.
Como requerer o SIM
Podem requerer o SIM produtores rurais e urbanos juridicamente constituídos que produzem e vendem produtos como ovo, mel, peixe, carne, leite e derivados. Previsto em lei, o selo não isenta o produtor da certificação federal, mas a fiscalização fica a cargo do município responsável.
Os interessados podem se informar nas unidades do Ponto Rural no Alto da Ponte (rua Alziro Lebrão, na região norte) e no distrito de São Francisco Xavier, também na região norte (rua 15 de Novembro, 900).
O atendimento também é realizado na Sala do Empreendedor, que fica no Paço Municipal (rua José de Alencar, 123, no centro, no 4º andar).
