“Eu sou uma nova pessoa, tenho 52, mas parece que estou com 20 anos. Mudou a minha vida completamente”. É assim que Rosemary Oliveira da Motta explica a sensação de estar de volta à sala de aula após mais de 10 anos. Afastada do trabalho pelo INSS, ela encontrou no Programa Mulheres Mil – parceria entre Prefeitura Municipal e Governo Federal – uma oportunidade de aproveitar melhor o tempo livre e correr atrás de seu sonho: abrir uma loja de roupas.
“Esse curso na região do Vida Nova, que a Prefeitura trouxe para nós, está sendo maravilhoso. Ao invés de ficar em casa, a gente vem aqui aprender, ocupa a cabeça e interage. Estou conhecendo coisas novas, então é muito gratificante, estou muito feliz”, conta Rosemary, aluna do curso de Assistente Administrativo, realizado no Cras Vida Nova pela Escola de Educação Profissional da Funsat (Fundação Social do Trabalho).
Entusiasmada com a ideia de abrir o próprio negócio, ela faz planos para o futuro. “Estou adquirindo experiência e, quando eu terminar o curso, pretendo ter meu próprio negócio, de mente aberta para todo o tipo de área, mas meu sonho é ter uma loja de roupas. Eu não sabia nada sobre isso, e aqui a gente aprende sobre finanças, organização, como atender o cliente e manter o negócio”, diz a aluna.
Enquanto isso, Josiane Ferreira Ribeiro, de 26 anos, afirma que encarou o desafio do curso técnico mesmo tendo três filhos e com certas dificuldades conseguiu conciliar aos horários. “Eu sou uma mãe atípica, tenho dois filhos com transtorno, então cumprir carga horária é muito difícil para mim, porque eles fazem acompanhamento. São diversos médicos, demanda muito tempo. Mas eu consegui conciliar com os dias do curso e consegui vir”, comenta a dona de casa.
Josiane afirma que a capacitação chega em bom momento e ajudará a família. “Nesse tempo em que eles dependem de mim, estou me profissionalizando, pensando no futuro, não posso me acomodar. Enquanto eles estão na escola, eu posso usar o tempo a meu favor, a favor da minha família. É muito prazeroso participar do curso, olhar para mim de novo”, aponta a aluna, que também acrescenta que o contato com outras mulheres também é um ponto-chave.
“Além do aprendizado referente à profissão, nós temos o contato uma com a outra, bom para o nosso psicológico, tira o foco do maçante, que é médico, casa e filho. É uma oportunidade de olhar para a gente, de se permitir. Como nós ouvimos na aula inicial, nós somos fortes, e muitas vezes não enxergamos essa força”, acrescenta.
Sobre o Mulheres Mil
O objetivo do Mulheres Mil é promover a formação profissional e tecnológica articulada com o aumento da escolaridade de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade social, proporcionando acesso ao conhecimento, ao desenvolvimento de habilidades, à tecnologia e a inovação, visando à geração de renda.
O curso de Assistente Administrativo engloba temas como processos administrativos e atividades de apoio em recursos humanos, finanças, logística e vendas, atendimento a fornecedores e clientes, fornecimento e recebimento de informações sobre produtos e serviços, entre outros. Ao final do curso, as participantes receberão certificado de 160 horas.
