Mulheres que trabalham no Hospital Municipal tiveram uma rotina diferente nesta sexta-feira (8). Ao longo do dia, elas acompanharam palestras sobre temas do universo feminino, para comemorar o Dia Internacional da Mulher.
O evento foi organizado em uma parceria da Comissão de Humanização do HM, o Comitê de Diversidade e Inclusão do Samu e o Centro de Reabilitação Lucy Montoro.
A primeira palestra abordou o tema Maquiagem Emocional, com a empreendedora Elaine Cristina Colle, fotógrafa de mulheres. Ela falou sobre a importância do cuidado com a imagem e o significado das cores nas vestimentas e acessórios. “A maquiagem não é futilidade, é uma ferramenta para a mulher” , disse Elaine.
Você é forte mas não tem superpoderes– foi o tema da palestra da psicóloga Dunia Sarout, que falou sobre o que significa o empoderamento feminino e o papel social da mulher em várias dimensões na sociedade.
A médica integrativa Ana Paula Müller, encerrou o evento falando sobre saúde da mulher. Ela abordou vários temas, como TPM, menopausa e a importância da prevenção a doenças como câncer de mama e de colo do útero. “Na medicina integrativa, cuidamos do ser humano como um todo”, disse.
“Estou gostando da oportunidade de participar das palestras”, disse Luciene dos Santos, auxiliar de governança do Hospital Municipal. Para Ester Cristine Lopes, aprendiz da Hotelaria, as palestras foram interessantes por lembrar as mulheres da importância que elas têm.
Segundo Cândida Gabriel de Castro, presidente da Comissão de Humanização do Hospital Municipal e coordenadora de Gestão de Pessoas, o objetivo do evento foi comemorar o Dia Internacional da Mulher focado na valorização das colaboradoras.
O Hospital Municipal é mantido pela Prefeitura de São José dos Campos e gerenciado pela SPDM (Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina).
