Em parceria com o Instituto Mulher Empreendedora e o Itaú Mulher Empreendedora, a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social de João Pessoa (Sedes) iniciou o ciclo de capacitações do programa ‘Empreenda e Renda’. A primeira capacitação aconteceu na Associação Pestalozzi da Paraíba, na última sexta-feira (8) e contou com a participação de mulheres que têm seus filhos atendidos pela instituição e que também são moradoras da região.
O objetivo do programa é capacitar mulheres para que empreendam em seu próprio negócio ou tenham melhores ferramentas para inserção no mercado de trabalho. Uma dessas mulheres é Maria Lucelina, que tem uma filha de 27 anos e que há 13 é atendida pela Pestalozzi. Ela trabalha com salgados por encomenda a cerca de 20 anos.
