Para melhorar a infraestrutura e assim contribuir com o aprendizado dos estudantes, o Governo do Estado vai promover a reforma geral da Escola Estadual Padre Nunes, que fica no município de Coxim. Os trabalhos na unidade terão o investimento de R$ 10,95 milhões dos cofres públicos.
O contrato para realização da obra foi publicado nesta terça-feira (26), no Diário Oficial do Estado. A empresa responsável pelo empreendimento terá o prazo de 365 dias (1 ano) para concluir os trabalhos assim que receber a ordem de inícios do serviços pela SED (Secretaria Estadual de Educação).
A modernização das escolas da Rede Estadual de Ensino é uma das prioridades do governador Eduardo Riedel, para que as unidades tenham melhores condições aos profissionais da educação e aos alunos, com foco em um ambiente mais acessível e preparado para atender as exigências do futuro.
Outro objeetivo é tornar a escolas um ambiente cada vez mais digital, tanto que foram escolhidas para serem os primeiros prédios públicos a receber fibra óptica e assim disponibilizar de internet rápida e de qualidade. A meta é melhorar os índices de aprendizagem dos estudantes.
“A educação é fator chave para alcançarmos nossos objetivos, de trazer o desenvolvimento que projetamos para Mato Grosso do Sul. Temos que ter capacidade de, no dia a dia, projetar cada passo, para modernizar as escolas e contribuir com o aprendizado dos alunos”, afirmou Riedel.
