Os mais de 650 profissionais de Apoio Escolar Inclusivo passam por formação nesta semana, no Cefe (Centro de Formação do Educador), em Santana. As atividades acontecem até esta sexta-feira (26).
Divididos em grupos, no período da manhã e da tarde, os profissionais têm momentos de formação, reflexão e conteúdos voltados às práticas que realizam no contexto escolar e se preparam para o início do ano letivo. A formação é realizada pela equipe técnica da Secretaria de Educação e Cidadania e faz parte do planejamento pedagógico.
As aulas na rede municipal terão início a partir do dia 6 de fevereiro.

Os Profissionais de Apoio foram contratados, por meio de editais com OSC’s (Organizações da Sociedade Civil), para acompanharem os estudantes com deficiência em sala de aula no Ensino Fundamental.
A contratação feita pela Prefeitura de São José dos Campos teve início em agosto de 2022 visando o melhor aproveitamento dos alunos, com recursos e processos, e faz parte dos investimentos realizados na Educação Especial Inclusiva da rede municipal.
Para a equipe técnica da Secretaria de Educação e Cidadania, a parceria beneficia o desenvolvimento e a aprendizagem dos alunos, que já são atendidos pelo Atendimento Educacional Especializado e Inclusivo, garantindo mais segurança e melhorias na rotina escolar para cada estudante.
